  • Customer Service:
    Ordering printed materials (business cards, stationery, forms, fliers, postcards, & other marketing/office products), Issues with printed materials you've received, Requests for marketing assistance/SEO/SEM, Matters not specifically mentioned in the categories below.

  • General IT Support:
    Network Connectivity, Cabling, Printing & Peripheral Issues, Laptop/PC Issues, Software Issues with applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, Java, SQL, HTML/CSS/PHP,  Photoshop, Fireworks, Vegas Movie Studio, Audacity and many others
    .

  • Accounting:
    Account upgrades/downgrades & cancellations, invoice discrepancies, requests for credit or payment arrangements, any other financial matters, etc.

  • Website Support:
    Adding/Removing/Editing text or other content such as photos and other files.  Requesting changes to your site's overall appearance or design. Requesting changes to graphics or artwork.  Requesting assistance with functionality such as shopping cart issues, etc.

  • Hosting Support:
    Site is down or will not display properly or is unusually slow when loading.  Unable to access secured areas such as your cpanel or webmail.  Any other technical issues related to overall useability of your online services through eTECHS.
